Hurray For Halloween! My favorite time of year. Of course if  you have concerns about bringing your kid door to door, throwing your own party is just the thing.  Build your own haunted maze for the kids. cut a hole in the side of a box and turn it upside down to cover a variety of squishy thing the kids can put their hands in and feel. Jello is always good for brains. Cold spaghetti in pudding or even tomato sauce makes for great worms. Create a  Kids party can bring a great scavenger hunt  straight to your home.  Costume competitions. scary face competitions.  And most dollar stores now carry all sorts of wonderful glow in the dark items to decorate with or give out as prizes. What  about a ghoulish games of Simon says. or bury skeleton bones around the yard to be discovered for prizes. or a fun old time  Halloween favorites, pin the tail on the black cat! Put on spooky fun music and do a  monster mash ! decorate with buckets of dry ice for great atmosphere ( but be certain to keep it  a safe distance  from the children).  How about a game of Halloween themed charades?  And if you really want to dress your party up, we'd be happy to provide you with a list of  scary and not so scary Halloween characters.
